ABOUT NIGEL HUDSON
With a creative career spanning more than four decades, Nigel's work is the result of a lifetime spent observing, interpreting abd responding to the world through a highly developed visual language.
Originally established as a a commercial photographer, Nigel built a reputation for creating powerful and evocative imagery where composition, light and narrative were essential. Overt time, those skills have evolved into a fine art practice that draws upon both technical mastery and intuition, resulting in artworks that are deeply considered, emotionally resonant and strikingly distinctive.
At the heart of the work is an inate sensitivity to atmosphere, form and place. Each piece emerges from a process that combines experience and instinct; a refined creative vision shaped by years of looking beyond the obvious and uncovering the extraordinary within the everyday.
